Covenant Hearts is moving to a new location! Beginning in November, our monthly brunches will be held at Country Chef on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 10:30 AM.
Our first brunch at the new location will be Thursday, November 12!
There will be no Covenant Hearts brunch in October, so we’ll look forward to seeing everyone in November!
If you’re a widow looking for a place to connect, enjoy a meal, and spend time with others who understand, we’d love to have you join us.
Thinking about taking the next step in your faith?
Join us for our Baptism Class on October 18th from 11–12 in the Mudhouse. This class is designed to help you understand the meaning of baptism, what to expect, and answer any questions you may have. If you’re ready—or just curious—this is the perfect place to start. Baptisms will take place during our service on November 1st. We’d love to walk this step with you!

Beginning this Sunday, every adult at New Covenant is invited to join 40 Days of Prayer, a seven-week, church-wide journey designed to help us grow in confidence, consistency, and faith as we pray. We’ll pause our regular Equipping Hour studies and come together to learn, discuss, and pray as one church family.

ALL STARS CLUB RESPITE NIGHT

Safety  Net Store

Looking for a place where individuals with special needs can have fun, make friends, and grow in faith? All-Stars Club is for individuals ages 8+ and meets on the second Friday of most months!

Join us for an evening filled with fun, friendship, and faith, while caregivers enjoy some well-deserved time of respite. Each night includes activities like adaptive sports, karaoke, crafts, delicious snacks (and often pizza!), interactive worship, and a devotional.

Come make some memories, meet some amazing friends, and be part of the All-Stars family! ⭐ We’d love to see you at our next event!
A new ministry is beginning with a simple purpose: to share the love of Jesus through handmade gifts and prayer. We’ll create quilts and prayer shawls for people walking through illness, injury, loss, difficult seasons, and also for those celebrating new beginnings like the birth of a baby. Each piece will be prayed over and blessed before being given to someone who needs encouragement.

You don’t have to sew, quilt, knit, or crochet to join us! There are many ways to help, and everyone is welcome—including those who would like to learn.

Quilting & Crafting Supplies Needed: We are currently collecting donations of quilting, sewing, knitting, and crocheting supplies of all kinds to help get this ministry started. Fabric, fabric scraps, batting, thread, yarn, and tools are all greatly appreciated!

We are partnering once again with the Clio Area Human Services Fund to help stock the Safety Net Store—a vital resource for our local community. We will be collecting non-perishable non-expired food items and household essentials to help keep their shelves full and serve those in need. Donations may be dropped off at the church during office hours or on Sundays. This is the same organization we partnered with during the Christmas season, and we’re grateful to continue supporting a ministry that makes such a meaningful impact in our community.

This fall, our MudHouse is partnering with Operation Christmas Child to help bring joy and the hope of Jesus to children around the world. Through simple shoebox gifts, we have the opportunity to bless a child and share the Gospel with them.
 
As you enjoy a cup of coffee in the MudHouse, consider helping us make a difference! Donations toward our Operation Christmas Child mission are welcome, and every gift helps us reach more children with the love of Christ.

The B.L.E.S.S. The Block program equips individuals and families to host neighborhood block parties as a way of building community and embodying God’s love where we live, work, learn, and play. You can reserve the items you would like to use below.
