NEW SERMON SERIES

What Is Good? — A Journey Through Micah 6:8
In a world full of opinions about what’s right, what’s fair, and what really matters, God gives us a clear and compelling answer. In Micah 6:8, we discover a simple yet profound vision for life: to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with our God.
This series invites us to move beyond headlines and hot takes and into the heart of Jesus—where justice is personal, mercy is powerful, and humility shapes everything. Rooted in the Free Methodist Way value of Love-Driven Justice, we’ll explore what it looks like to live this out in our everyday lives—at home, at work, at school, and in our community.

We’ll kick things off on Mother’s Day by asking: What does it look like to raise kids who live this way? Because forming disciples starts in the home. Then, week by week, we’ll unpack each part of Micah 6:8—learning how to practice justice with integrity, extend mercy with compassion, and walk humbly in step with God.
Along the way, we’ll celebrate meaningful milestones—from child dedications to graduations—recognizing that shaping the next generation isn’t just a family calling, it’s a church-wide mission.

This is more than a series—it’s a call to a better way of living. A Jesus-shaped life. A life that reflects what is truly good.

CHILD DEDICATION CLASS

Join us for our upcoming Child Dedication Class on May 17th from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM in the Mudhouse!
This class is a great opportunity for parents to learn more about the meaning of child dedication and what it looks like to raise your child in faith with the support of our church community.
Child Dedication will take place on Sunday, May 31st, and this class is an important step in preparing for that special day. We’d love for you to be part of it!

Safety  Net Store

COVENANT HEARTS LADIES TEA

prayer gathering

We are partnering once again with the Clio Area Human Services Fund to help stock the Safety Net Store—a vital resource for our local community. We will be collecting non-perishable food items and household essentials to help keep their shelves full and serve those in need. Donations may be dropped off at the church during office hours or on Sundays. This is the same organization we partnered with during the Christmas season, and we’re grateful to continue supporting a ministry that makes such a meaningful impact in our community.
Join us for our upcoming Covenant Hearts Ladies Tea on May 23rd at 11:00 AM.
This special gathering is designed for widows to come together in a warm and welcoming space for connection, encouragement, and meaningful conversation over tea. Whether you’re newly navigating this season or have been on this journey for some time, you are not alone—we would love for you to join us.
Join us for our monthly Prayer Gathering, held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7PM. This is a dedicated time to come together, seek God, and lift up our church, community, and one another in prayer. Open to everyone—come as you are and be encouraged as we pray together.

B.L.E.S.S. THE BLOCK

Join the family ministry team

This Spring, we are excited to support Beauty for Ashes, an organization dedicated to bringing hope and healing for a new and empowered life through the love of Jesus. Beauty For Ashes ministers to women who are survivors of human trafficking and those at risk of sexual exploitation and addiction.

You can be part of this mission in a simple way—every drink purchased in the Mudhouse helps support Beauty for Ashes. So, grab a drink, invite a friend, and help make a difference, one cup at a time.
The B.L.E.S.S. The Block program equips individuals and families to host neighborhood block parties as a way of building community and embodying God’s love where we live, work, learn, and play. You can reserve the items you would like to use below.
Our Family Ministries Department is looking for caring, committed volunteers who want to invest in the lives of children and families. Whether you love teaching, encouraging, organizing, or simply showing up with a smile, there’s a place for you to serve. Join us in creating a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where families can grow together. Sign up today and be part of something that matters.
