Flourish is women connecting with other women within a mentoring framework. Mentors will utilize biblical teaching to encourage and challenge one another to be disciples, understanding the Bible as the authority of their lives, and participating in the mission of God.

It is our desire to see women deepen their personal relationship with God, invest time and effort into other women who want to grow spiritually, recognize and use their God-given gifts to build up the church in unity and love, and to train future generations of women to pass on their faith to others.

A Flourish Mentee:
A Flourish Mentor:
Would you like to be mentored? A Flourish Mentee is any woman desiring to grow in their relationship with Jesus through an intentional relationship with another woman who is faithfully following Jesus and willing to share her experience with you.
Flourish mentors are not perfect, they are devoted Jesus followers who will meet with you, pray for you and with you, listen, provide accountability and celebrate life with you. Mentoring relationships are designed to last 10 months.
Expectations are a weekly contact with mentors through text, email or phone call and a monthly in person meeting whenever possible.
Participation in the Flourish mentoring ministry is dependent on the availability of mentors. Mentee Registration is currently closed.

The purpose of a Flourish Mentor is to provide guidance to one or more younger women as they grow in their understanding of what it means to follow Jesus, be transformed by Jesus, and fulfill their part in the mission of Jesus.
