flourish:

A MENTORING JOURNEY

We are cultivating intentional relationships between women for the purpose of spiritual growth and participation in the mission of Jesus.

Flourish is:
Flourish is women connecting with other women within a mentoring framework. Mentors will utilize biblical teaching to encourage and challenge one another to be disciples, understanding the Bible as the authority of their lives, and participating in the mission of God.
As a result of participating in Flourish ...
It is our desire to see women deepen their personal relationship with God, invest time and effort into other women who want to grow spiritually, recognize and use their God-given gifts to build up the church in unity and love, and to train future generations of women to pass on their faith to others.
A Flourish Mentor:
The purpose of a Flourish Mentor is to provide guidance to one or more younger women as they grow in their understanding of what it means to follow Jesus, be transformed by Jesus, and fulfill their part in the mission of Jesus. Check out this link for a full description of the Role of a Flourish Mentor.

- Ephesians 4:1-3 (NLT)

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations,  baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

- Matthew 28:19-20 (NLT)
